BOOKING CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Regular Period (11 Apr 2026 to 22 Dec 2026): A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellation is permitted. If cancelled within 7 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total stay will be charged. Amendments are not permitted. In the event of a no-show, 50% of the total stay will be charged.

Festive Peak Period (23 Dec 2026 to 4 Jan 2027): Full prepayment is required at the time of booking. This period is non-refundable and cancellations or amendments are not permitted. In the event of a no-show, the full amount will be forfeited.
