Operating daily from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, the lounge offers:

• Complimentary beer, wine, soft drinks, juices, and canapés during Social Hour from 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Tea, coffee, and cookies served throughout operating hours

External guests who wish to join the Savan Social Hour are welcome at a special rate of THB 750 net per person.

BOOKING CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Regular Period (11 Apr 2026 to 22 Dec 2026 / 5 Jan 2027 to 22 Dec 2027 / 4 Jan 2028 to 21 Dec 2028): A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellation is permitted. If cancelled within 7 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total stay will be charged. Amendments are not permitted. In the event of a no-show, 50% of the total stay will be charged.

Festive Peak Period (23 Dec 2026 to 4 Jan 2027 / 23 Dec 2027 to 3 Jan 2028 / 22 Dec 2028 to 8 Jan 2029): Full prepayment is required at the time of booking. This period is non-refundable and cancellations or amendments are not permitted. In the event of a no-show, the full amount will be forfeited.
